What Causes Light Bleeding After Taking Mensovit Plus?

Hello doc I used overall tablets about 10 days for marriage purpose from then I m getting periods for months and I m having very very less bleeding . I went to clinic 3days back and they gave mensovit plus tablet and having that also my bleeding is very very less as usual why this is happening to me ???

Hi,

Light bleeding may occur due to hormonal changes or imbalance. Nutritional deficiencies like anemia can also cause lighter menstrual bleeding. You may need to take hormonal pills like Norethisterone or combined oral pill in order to regulate your cycles. Pelvic ultrasound, thyroid function test and hormone levels should be tested.
