What Causes Less Urination During 8th Month Of Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, I m Pregnant and 8th month running. For the past three days not able to urinate frequently and yesterday I met the doctor they ask me take more water not giving any medicine...What I have to do now? I m much worried about my baby...Any problem will come to baby ???

Hi, I have gone through your question. As the pregnancy advances, the enlarging uterus compresses the urinary bladder and hence sometimes cause decreased urination, especially if the fluid intake is less orally.
If you are not having lower abdominal pain or discomfort, then your doctor is right in advising you to increase your fluid intake to improve urination.
