What Causes Left-sided Pain In The Chest And Irregular Heartbeats?
Hi good morning, I am a 23 year old Nigerian, with a history of asthma, in have been experiencing sudden sharp pains in the left side of my chest , Also I regularly experience irregular Heartbeat accompnied my tiredness and chest tightness . occationaly my fingers swell. Please advice me appropriately . thanks.

You may want to consider an assessment by your doctor to determine the exact cause of your symptoms.
In addition to physical examination, blood tests such as complete blood count, ESR (checks for inflammation) and thyroid function tests- would need to be done. Low thyroid hormone and anemia, can cause fatigue and irregular heartbeat.
