Hello and welcome to HCM,
Chest pain can occur in number of conditions.
However, chest pain associated with breathing is suggestive of pleural pain or pain arising from pleura or the covering of the lungs.
I suggest you to get a X-ray chest for clinical assessment of the lung fields to look for any lesion in the lung parenchyma.
Infection, inflammation or any other lesion of pleura can cause pain on breathing or any other movement.
You can consult a physician or preferably pulmonologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
