What Causes Lactation In Non Pregnant Women?

Last year I suddenly began lactating out of both breasts. After many tests, it was decided that it may have been due to a medication. I am 33 and have an 11 yr old, there is no chance I am pregnant. I have always had very light periods. But recently I have been having heavy periods and often every two weeks. I noticed that I am producing colostrum again as well. In 2000, I had a cyst rupture in my left breast and was told I d have to monitor it for cancer. I m not sure what to do but all this scares me.
