What Causes Lack Of Appetite And Energy Post Menopause?

I feel constantly tired lack the stamina I used to have. Sometimes I wake up durning the night feeling nauseas. My joints ache and have totally lost my apetite which means I have also lost weight. I m late 50s and female. Generally I feel unwell most of the to time. I have had bloods taking snd nothing has shown up. Hope you can help. Thank you Ps I am post menopausal

Hi

The cause itself is your menopause and a drop in the hormone levels that were once normal. Your symptoms are quite common for women experiencing menopause and so I would either suggest getting accustomed to them or visiting a doctor who would prescribe hormonal replacement therapy to suppress most or all of your symptoms.
