Yesterday woke up feeling fine. Ate yogurt. started feeling exhausted mid-morning, felt sleepy. stretched out. Slept for about 14 hours. No appetite. Better today, but still tired, no appetite. Do not want repeat of last Oct. History: last Oct. Wake up feeling great. Present a program in a library. Drive hour home. Eat French fries. Start Feeling horrible. Exhaustion beyond description. Sleeping 20 out of 24 hours for most of first week. no appetite. Palms red. Appears digestive system is not functioning including stomach. Become constipated. scan of abdomen shows nonalcoholic fatty liver. Continues for almost 3 weeks. Slowly feel better. No diagnosis. Doctors focused on constipation! I wasn t constipated until about 3-4 days into feeling this bad. What is causing this? I have no symptoms other than feeling sicker than I did during Asian flu with exhaustion and sleeping but with no chest symptoms or upset stomach. I am not depressed. I m productive and looking forward to many things in life.
