What Causes Jumpy Vision While Walking In Bright Sunlight?

My vision becomes jumpy when the sunlight bounces back of a car windshield or a chrome bumper. This can also happen when I walk into bright sunlight. Light seems to be the trigger. I then get a mild headache and feel lethargic. What is happening here?

Nothing to worry.
It is a delayed adaptation to flickering bright and dim light.
Few persons have less fast adaptability for such flickering lights, which irritates and may cause headache.
Avoid such a situation.
If pain , take paracetamol simply sos
