What Causes Joint Inflammation With Fever?
5 days ago I woke up in the middle of the night with every joint in my body inflamed. I got the chills and took my temperature. It was 100.4. As long as I take ibuptofen I can knock it down, but it returns with a vengence. My stomach is off, nothing feels edible and I have a dull headache and am very tired.

Such type of presentation with joints inflammation and fever is common with viral fever. Get a complete blood count done as viral fever may affect platelets. Continue with paracetamol and plenty of fluids. Most of these fever are self limiting.
