Hi,

It may be photo allergic dermatitis. There may be some allergen which causes skin lesions in sun exposed areas after exposure to sun rays. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would advise to keep yourself away from sun or protect from the sun rays. And avoid contact with suspected allergen. Take antihistaminics like fexofenadine 180 mg daily for the long time. Take a course of oral steroid in tapering dose. Apply tacrolimus 0.03% oint on the affected areas.

Hope this helps.
