hi.

noted history of breast lump associated with pain. do you have any family history of breast cancer or concerns? based from your description, it could be a case of breast inflammation, mastitis, or cellulitis. breast lesions, such as fibrocystic formations, and other tumor lesion types must also be ruled-out. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics (such as combined studies of breast ultrasound and mammography, possible tissue biopsy as needed) and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly. a good hygiene and avoidance of irritants and manipulation over the area are also advised.

hope this helps.

good day!!
