Hello,
Thanks for posting your query. I would like to offer some suggestions having gone through it. The burning and itching of the nipple may not have anything to do with a pregnancy. It can be a skin condition as well. However, since your doctor confirmed the failure of tubal banding, it remains to be seen if you have conceived. The fact that you had a scanty previous period is suggestive. In the current scenario, I would ask you to go for a blood test to confirm/exclude pregnancy and follow up with a preferably trans-vaginal sonogram of the pelvis and plan further management. Hope this helps.
