What Causes Itchy And Moist Vagina With Bump On Labia Majora?

Yesterday my vagina was very moist and failed to wipe it after peeing as my workplace didn t have tissues. It was itchy at that point but then stopped. I came home at night and found a pimple like bump on labia majora. Its not sore or painless, no discharge, painless urination. Its just the bump made me worried. I was going to go to a Gum clinic since I had unprotected sex a month ago but I didn t have any problems after that its just when it was moist I developed one. Atm I m just waiting for a few days hoping it will resolve on its own then go to GUM clinic.Should I be worried? I read it could be normal.
