Hello madam,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I can certainly understand your concern
I have worked through your query in detail.

I can explain that your itching, swelling and burning could be due to vaginitis, an infection or inflammation of the vagina and vulva

you have mentioned that you went to doctor and there is nothing wrong ,so maintain proper hygiene, even then it persists and is severe enough to disrupt your daily functioning , then I would advise you to try with metronidazole tablets orally and and clindamycin cream to be applied in the vagina, hope this information would help you

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
