What Causes Itching, Redness And Flaking/peeling Of Skin Of Labia?

Hi, im wondering if I may have a yeast infection or some other condition. My labia is very itchy and red and the slin thats there has been flaking/peeling off almost like when you get sunburn. Its fairly uncomfortabl from both the itchiness as well as if i try to relieve the itchiness. Could it be that I need to moisturize the area? And if so what products can I use that would be effective to help? Or is it something else that I should be concerned with? Thanks
