What Causes Itching, Pain And Burning Sensation In Penis?
I have internal itching within the penis from the base of my penis head to my testicle internally, like it's in the tube, quite irritating to say the least, when I urinate it feels slightly burning but does not hurt, if I squeeze the penis slightly while passing urine then it hurts a little. No soreness or Rash, or white discharge, blisters or discharge. My gf has had thrush recently but the symptons don't make sense, also this has been going on for 3 weeks now. Please help

1.Similar symptoms are seen in the UTI - urinary tract infections, Renal calculus, cystitis an so on.
2.So the symptoms mentioned by you have nothing directly related to the (STD's) sexually transmitted diseases.
3.Try taking plenty of water helps in cystitis/UTI.
4.And try to keep the local area hygiene, wash with warm water and keep dry and avoid tight inner wears. This will help if we think in terms of local infection / inflammation.
5.If symptoms persists, you may need a course of antibiotics, visit your GP and get examined and treated accordingly.
