Hi, Welcome to Hcm
I think you are facing an eczematous condition known as Lichen simplex chronicus (or neurodermatitis). i like to suggest you following...
1. Avoid scratching it
2. Avoid application of soap or detergent vigorously
3. Apply a moderate steroid cream e g. Betnovate cream / Betamethasone cream
4. Take an antihistamine e g. Atarax 25mg (Hydroxigine hydrochloride) twice daily for 1 week.
5. But it would be better if you visit a dermatologist before using these.
with regards.
