Hello, I have been so itchy from neck to ankle for weeks, I have no rash, but I scratched so hard I have taken skin off. It is hit and miss on the time of day and just happens at any moment, even wakes me up at night. The last few days my calves and ankles have been swelling, they do no hurt, but are very tight and feel like they are going to pop off. I have tried different soaps, staying away from certain foods, I do not drink, I have been taking my multivitamins again, I work out every day. It makes me feel as if I am going crazy, I can not focus on anything when I am having a spell. Do you have any idea what I could start with? I just want to feel normal again.
