Hello dear
Understand your concern
You are suffering from dermatitis/eczema due to bad hygiene problem.
For exact diagnosis upload the picture or consult the dermatologist and do laboratory tests
Following are the risk factors:
Tight undergarments, excessive sweating, Diabetes, obesity,
Allergy to soap and detergent used for washing
Infections: yeast, bacterial

Take the following advice:
1.Change to a simple, unperfumed soap.
2.Use aqueous cream that contain minerals and vitamins as body-wash cream (i.e. apply a small amount and rinse off).
3. Put two handfuls of salt in the bath
4. Do not use powders when washing your underpants.
wear pure cotton loose undergarments
5. Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
6. Apply anti fungal clotrimazole plus hydrocortisone cream if severe or not resolved.
8. Use safer sex practice or avoid sex till you get better
9. you can use single dose of azithromycin and flucanozole for faster relief

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
