Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to vaginal infection, contact dermatitis, vulvovaginitis.
Vaginal examination by gynecologist, vaginal swab test will help in the diagnosis.
Gynecologist will provide following advices:
For infection:
Single dose treatment of azithromycin + fluconazole + tinidazole
vaginal suppository of clotrimazole and lactobacillus

Apply vagisil gel
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Wear pure cotton loose inner and avoid sweats, changes it frequently
Drink plenty of water and take healthy diet
Avoid perfumed soap and cosmetics
Keep the area clean and dry
Hope this may help you
