What Causes Itching Allover The Body With Black Spots?
im preethi for the past 2yrs im getting itching in my total body and now it is spread to the face . itching portion becomes black dots. now my total body is full of black dots and in my skin also. what is the cure for itching and black dots . pls say me the solution.

Hi,
It may be prurigo simplex leading to scattered papulovesicular eruptions on the whole body followed by black pigmented spots. There may some irritants or allergens responsible for it.
Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
Apply mild steroid cream on the whole body twice a day like mometasone cream.
Take antihistaminics like cetirizine 10 mg and oral steroid like Deflazacort in a tapering dose. Avoid the contact with suspected allergens and irritants.
