What Causes Itchiness And Soreness In The Vagina After Intercourse?

Hi.
I had sex a week ago and my boyfriend's size is big and wide. I experienced soreness but that was the usual. But lately I started getting irritation, a tickle itch here & there. I don't have any odor, I'm not experiencing any discharge so I don't believe it can be an infection or a UTI because I'm not experiencing painful peeing.
I placed a mirror to see what's going on down there and I see tiny micro bumps on my inner lips, nothing too serious or visible. Just as if it's irritated, and also while snooping around I see a tear in my vulva.
I want to know if this is serious & how can it be treated.

Hi.

Try to take sitz bathes several times a day with epsom salt in the water, and also apply a warm compress on your lower abdominal region to promote healing. This could just be a case of slight trauma due to your well-endowed partner. But just to make sure, try to write to me in about a weeks time so I know all is well with you.

Best wishes.
