What Causes Irritation, Redness And Pain In The Eyes?
My right eye became irritated on two nights ago. There is a very faint whitish spot on the colored part of the eye. It's slightly red at the edge of the iris where the white spot is. Feels mildly irritated with more pain resulting after looking at the computer screen.

It seems from the history that you are having irritation, redness, pain of the eyes associated with white spot on the colored part of the eye most probably involving the cornea.
This needs examination as this can be a serious problem like corneal ulcer or corneal infiltration.
This requires treatment by using antibiotic eye drops after examination for confirmation of the diagnosis.
