What Causes Irritation In Left Eye?

Hi. I have a very irritated left eye. It feels like there is a foreign body in there but I can't locate. I though it was simply irritated and used some eye drops but they are not helping. On closer examination it looks like ingave a bubble or loose skin on the surface if my eye (the white part) and I'm concerned.

Hi,
By your description it appears to be either pinguicula or pterygium or a Xerotic spot on conjunctiva.
Not to be worried much for any of these.
At the moment you put lubricating drops.
