What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding, Nausea And Dizziness?

i have been feeling a little dizzy and than today i was feeling really sick, and i went to the bathroom and was a blob a blood and so i thought i started my period and so i put a pad on it was around 7 and than i went to the bathroom around 9/30 but there was no blood my pad looked new and i feel really nausated right now

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints.As per your history, Please find my advice below-:
1)Do an ultrasound exam Pelvic to ruled out fibroid and cysts
2)Do full blood count with differential
3)Do Fasting blood sugar and TSH
4)Correct anemia by taking ADFE capsule every night which will control your dizziness.
