What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding?
Hi my names Nancy I m 23, i had my period 2 weeks ago i usually dont get it till the end of the month this morning I wole up eitj what seemed to me like a period very heavy bright red blood it had soaked thru my shorts yesterday and now is just flowing out..i thought maybe my period had come but i just had it. I am not on birth control..i am add meds and an anti depressent muscle relaxers and something for a rash on my face..any ideas what this is? Also no history of problems down there or thytoid problems and im not pregnant i m lesbian so no worry there

Looking at your description irregular periods might be related to side effects of the antidepressants you are taking, here I would like to know what all medicines you are taking?
Another possibility is hormonal imbalances, infection or inflammation of the genital tract.
In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for battry of investigation like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, liver function test, blood sugar and urine culture or vaginal swab culture as well as hormonal study and ultrasound if need be.
Meanwhile maintain good hygiene, have plenty of fluids 3 to 4 litersliters a day.
If you lost a significant amount of bloodbamount. you may require iron infusion or blood transfusion.
