Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Malnutrition affecting hormones appear to be the main cause.
2. Frequent urination could be possibly due to urinary tract infection due to dehydration and malnutrition leading onto reduced immunity.
3. Need to improve nutrition and along with it, moderate exercises and good amount of fluids is necessary.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
