What Causes Irregular Periods?

Sir I m suffering from irregular periods so I consulted Ayurveda doctor he HV prescribed medicine - m2 tone capsule , nilcer , men soon syrup, ashoka arishttum . so from 4 months I was continuing Ayurveda medicine . but at present also medicines I m using but I didn t got periods . so wt shld I do

I cannot really comment on the ayurvedic medications as it is both irrelevant to my field and not something my field really supports.

But I would although recommend a visit to your allopathic doctor for an ultrasound examination and a check on your hormone levels. I suspect a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome, which can be easily treated and managed with medications like metformin.
