What Causes Irregular Periods And Nodules In My Breast?
hi i hav done masturbation excessively for almost two years now i m having irregular periods ,severe leukorhea and fibrocystic nodules in my breast also the shape of my labia has changed , they have become pendolous and toneless.are these problems due to masturbation?is there any treatment for these problems?

You are having toneless and pendulous labia. You have done excessive masturbation. It is not because of masturbation but it can be due to the use of sex toys, vibrators, etc., that you might have used roughly. Do not fiddle with your labia, maintain good hygiene. Do not douche, do not use harsh chemical cosmetic body lotions. Be gentle with yourself and use herbal or water based body lotions and creams. Take bath regularly with anti bacterial soap. Avoid any sexual activity for a couple of days. You also have irregular periods.
Irregular periods occur due to poor general health condition, hormonal imbalance, PCOS, anemia, etc. You are having leukorrhea, take a course of antifungals orally. Maintain proper hygiene in your private area. Take home made food rich in calcium, iron and protein. You can also take supplements. You have fibrocystic nodules in your breast. Get clinically examined by an OBGYN to rule out any malignancy. Get all required tests and investigations done. You may have to go for a complete medical check up. Get CBS, Urinalysis, Imaging tests and biopsy done if required. Get treated at the earliest.
