What Causes Irregular Periods, Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea?

I am having unusual symptoms. Normally, I can pinpoint what s wrong such as a UTI, etc, but now I m not so sure. I am having cramps lower abdomen and right side. Diarrhea every time I eat, burning urination and now vaginal bleeding in between menstrual cycles. I have currently completed day 2 of a 3 day yeast infection treatment.

Hello,

Cramps in the lower and right abdomen followed by diarrhea after eating is suggestive of the gastrocolic reflex.

I suggest you to consult your gastroenterologist for clinical assessment. Burning urination is suggestive of urinary tract infection. You can get a urine routine examination and urine culture to find ou the nature of infection.

Vaginal bleeding in between menstrual cycles can be due to irregular cycles. This is commonly due to hormonal imbalance which gets corrected with hormonal preparations.
