Abdominal pain, cramping, irregular period, diabetic, don t eat much meat, have been having normal stool until yesterday which was diarreah but now the pain of the cramps are only in my tailbone & I m passing stool like I feel but only looks like white bubbly spit in the toilet. Pain is still super unbareable . Along with the period issue I know being diabetic it s irregular. I have gone a whole year without it before. I had it last month and I know that I need to take iron. Very iron deficient, would taking iron (seeing as I dont eat meat) help get my period? I have had one kid, but still have the movement in the stomach when I lay down along with going to the e.r. for scans, which they havent found anything and none have told me why I don t get my period. I looked that up as well and the answers consisted of parasites as well so that s where these two kinda issues link up. I don t eat meat besides turkey every now and then. Please help.
