What Causes Irregular Appearance Of Yolk Sack In Ultrasound Report?

Hi, I am 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant and my 1st Ultrsound showed that my yolk sac was 2mm but had an irrgeular appearance. Everything else was good - with a heartbeat of 116 bpm. Should I be worried? Can the shape change to a more normal one in a couple of weeks?
