Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have intermittent weakness in legs along with numbness in hands . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query peripheral neuropathy , lyme disease , multiple sclerosis , cervical spondylosis , migraine and transient ischemic attack . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe nerve supplement like neurobion forte to strengthen the nerve along with muscle relaxant and recommend physical therapy . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist in case of ischemic attack . For now apply warm compresses to leg and arm .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
