General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Remeron is an anti-depressive drug, whereas, Losartan and Inderal are anti-hypertensive drugs. Inderal also lowers the heart rate, hence acts in relieving the symptoms of palpitation. Xanax acts on the symptoms of anxiety- including symptoms of palpitation. However, the dosage of Xanax seem very much low and hence, not relieving the symptoms of anxiety.

Usually, Remeron does not cause symptoms of palpitation. As, you seem to be suffering from mixed symptoms of anxiety and depression, Your dose should be re-evaluated under guidance of a psychiatrist. Dosage of Inderal, may also be changed, if required. Xanax tablet is not available in the strength of 0.2 mg, rather it is in the strength of 0.25 mg.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
