What Causes Intermittent Fever Post A Self Injury?

I am 60 and healthy and active. We have a creek that runs through our property. I ve cleaned the creek of debris and trash from non caring people up the creek. Anyway, I did NOT hit my head. I feel like a steamroller rolled over me, but I also have a fever off and on. What does falling and not hitting your head lead to fever?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, you must test your blood pressure and if you have family history of migraine you must consult your nearest physician. On and off fever doesn't signify anything serious.

Take care,
Regards
