What Causes Intense Heart Burn Along With Tender Swollen Stomach?

I have been having intense heartburn like feeling right below my ribcage/xyphoid process and the area from here to my stomach is swollen and tender to the touch. My whole stomach is sore as well. I have also had diarrhea on and off as well. My stomach ends up being upset whether or not I eat or drink fluids. It seems to be worse when I first wake up or as the evening progresses. This has been going on for about a week and a half

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute gastritis giving this problem.
Due continuous secretion of acid and empty stomach particularly early in the morning and in the evening gives rise this problem at its height.
Take pentaprazole or Omeprazole twice a day for 2-3 weeks.
Take milk diet.
Avoid spicy, fried, chillies and junk food.
Avoid stress.
Ok and take care.

Dear Friend, greetings. You are suffering from gastero enteritis. You need to take bland , semi solid diet for some days. Avoid coffee , tea, alcoholic beverages. Take more of fluids, fruit juices.
Take TAB. HAPPY D in the morning half an hour before breakfast. Take syp mucaine gel 3 spoons after food 3 to 4 times a day.
