What Causes Indigestion In Chest, Arm Pain And Shoulder Pain?
I have been having what can only be described as severe indigestion in my chest, but my upper arms ache, and across the top of my shoulders and neck, it lasts for about half an hour and I shake and go cold when it leaves me, it happens in waves and I have had this for 4 days now

You should check with Doctor and get and ECG done of your heart and if that is normal than you can try with Antacids for Gastritis
