What Causes Indigestion Followed By Rapid Heart Rate?

I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse in the 70s. I had frequent episodes of Rapid Heart Beat until the early 80s and a Cardiologist prescribed Corgard (40 MG) per day. After that my Rapid part Beat episodes seldom happened. However within the past year, I have noticed indigestion often and it seems the indigestion triggers the rapid heart beat that I am beginning to experience more and more often. Does indigestion contribute the the rapid heart beat?

I really appreciate your concern, with valvular heart disease changes is heart rate and rhythm are very common condition and it may not be due to indigestion neither indigestion could cause this, so no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
