Hi,

Phenergan may cause irregular heartbeat and fast heartbeat in few patients. Also, check for other possibilities of fast heartbeat like anxiety neurosis or electrolyte imbalance or arrhythmia etc.

Avoid Phenergan, avoid caffeinated drinks. Please get it done ECG, x-ray chest then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
