Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.
Your cardinal symotoms as narrated are:
Increased appetite
Absent menstrual cycle
Tiredness resilting in need for more sleep
inability to concentrate at work
disturbed sleep

if I was your doctor, I will like to know whether your are loosing weight also(alternatively not gaining weight despite more food intake)

I would also do a TFT(Thyroid Function Test)along with Routine Blood examination and yes your sugar level.
I think you will be all right with a detailed assessment by a specialist doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Do free to ask if you want further clarifications.Get welk soon.
