What Causes Hypoglycemic Symptoms?
Hi, I m just going to jump in here. I have all the symptoms of a diabetic. I ve trolled the internet and found all the information it, but I refuse to believe I m a diabetic because I would ve needed medical care by now. So I did more research and I have all the symptoms of hypoglycemia. But the worst symptom is the light headiness and the dizziness. Sometimes I can t go outside because I need to take doses of sugar to sustain. I went to a doctor and they took a urine sample and checked the glucose in my urine and said that there is nothing wrong with me. But I refuse to believe that a urine sample can tell them everything they need to know. I know my body better than anyone else ans something is definitely wrong. And the other night the area above my right hip was hurting, then my stomach started hurting,a and then my head. It was awful pain. So I went online and it said that there might be something wrong with my pancreas..I don t know what to believe anymore I need answers. Please help.

Have you researched on Hyperglycemia. Some of the symptoms on hypo and hyperglycemia are similar. You got your urine checked? but how much is the blood sugar level? The explanation Why we don't use urine sugar to monitor sugar control is because its not reliable. Internet is a beautiful medium of information but the information should be interpreted with the background of knowledge.
My suggestion
1) Do Glucose tolerance test ( 75gms glucose, 3 intervals)
2)HbA1c.
These two test will determine if you are a diabetic, prediabetic or non diabetic. With the test you will know the truth.
Get back to health. Don't confuse yourself.
