Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you have always been regular with your menstrual cycles, you can wait for your next natural period to occur and go for a HPT 3-7 days later if you miss it. Your symptoms can happen with a very early pregnancy, but are rare to be seen even before a missed period. If you wish for an earlier confirmation, you can get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres now to confirm/exclude pregnancy. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
