Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Hot flashes, feeling sick and nauseous is unrelated to the periods and is most likely due to viral fever or thyroid hormone disorder in the body.
Such symptoms are present in hyperthyroidism.
I will suggest you to consult a physician for proper examination, investigations and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
