Hello Fatigue with dizziness indicates low hemoglobin level and i would like you to get your levels checked. I would also like to know if you are having any other complaints like coughing? specially after taking food? any neck pain or swelling? do you have diabetes? do you have ear fullness? have you ever been operated in your ear, nose or throat? do you have any chest pain , palpitations or tightness in your chest?
