What Causes Hip Dislocation Post Workout?

I m 47 had my hip replacement 4 years ago and I m a fitness instructor but recently I ve been experienceing my hip popping in and out if I bend over or turn whilst sitting wrongly, is my hip failing? There is no pain but if I sneeze or cough without bracing myself first I get excruciating pain in the front of my thigh
