General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, there can be a fibromuscular disorder with secondary impacts over the joint stability leading to recurrent hip dislocation in your case.
* A brace would be supportive care, rather I would suggest undergoing a definite evaluation with series of lab tests, biomolecular assays of collagen and other parameters with MRI hip to find out the root cause and manage in accordance to that only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
