What Causes Hip Bone Pain And Bulge Coming Out After Sneezing?
I have 2 questions regarding pain in my side: 1 is a shooting pain in front of hip bone which makes me double over but it comes and goes. The other pain is one I had for a while whenever I sneeze, stretch, or twist suddenly a bulge comes out and causes excruciating pain.

Feeling of something coming out with pain denotes towards presence of hernia. I shall advise to consult your general surgeon at this earliest. The pan in front of hip bone may be part of it. Relief from one issue will simultaneously correct other issue.
