What Causes High Heart Rate?
So,I went to the ER two nights ago for overdose. They said I was fine but that my heart is a little fast.They just said it was over 100. Now,I m at home sitting on my couch.I checked my heart rate at 104 a minute.Waited about 15 minutes, checked again, 116 a minute. Is this severe?

Normal heart rate is 70 to 90 /minute ,it varies every moment.
Do not check frequently.do not be obessive.
Take fresh fruits, dairy products.
Avoid alcohol,smoking,coffee,cola,junk food.

Do exercise regularly.
