So,I went to the ER two nights ago for overdose. They said I was fine but that my heart is a little fast.They just said it was over 100. Now,I m at home sitting on my couch.I checked my heart rate at 104 a minute.Waited about 15 minutes, checked again, 116 a minute. Is this severe?

No. This is normal. What is age,weight,height B P . Normal heart rate is 70 to 90 /minute ,it varies every moment. Do not check frequently.do not be obessive. Take fresh fruits, dairy products. Avoid alcohol,smoking,coffee,cola,junk food. Keep your self busy in your work. Take help of your parents/counselor. Do exercise regularly. No medicine is needed.
