What Causes High Heart Rate Of Over 100?

My heartrate resting is 102. I normaly have a low heartrate like 50 sometimes . I had a heart ablasion 7 yrs ago and have been doing good heart wise other than palpataions. Before the ablation my hr stayed 95 What could be the problem ?

Hello

Heart rate more than normal needs to be looked for underlying causes, it is the tachycardia and the best test to find out the underlying cause of it is EKG, it could be conduction system defect, if the EKG is normal one then it is sinus tachycardia means it is the normal one and cause of it is not the heart disease but it could be functional in origin or nonspecific it may have several other reasons and all that needs differentiation.
