What Causes High Fever With Pain In Legs?
My 7 year old Daughter has had a high Fever since Sunday night. Her Bother just got over his fever, and her sister still has Fever which doctor confirmed was Viral. However my 7 yo is experiencing Leg Pains and cannot walk. Hospital took Urine Samples this morning and said appeared to be clear, and it is most likely Viral - but to come back Monday if things do not improve. Could it be something more sinister ?

Any viral fever can present with similar symptoms of fever, leg pain, body ache. But If symptoms persists these symptoms are more common in dengue and chikungunya fever.
In my opinion, you should do CBC, NS1 Antigen test for dengue. Keep child hydrated that is give adequate liquid diet.
Further treatment will depend on above reports.
